Kanji.codevelopment

Building a socio-health network in

West Africa through co-development.

Co.development is our matrix of work

Kanji.

codevelopment

Our work philosophy is always co-development. Equality over differences.

These co-development experiences are crucial for funding the assessment and analysis processes of the communities that request our services. From the final report, we work hand-in-hand with the community to either jointly seek funds or develop a budget that addresses their needs.

In the intervals between our hands-on work, we share nourishing food, reflect on our progress, and immerse ourselves in the vibrant local heritage with conscious respect. It's a truly transformative encounter, broadening your understanding of the world, and deepening your sense of self.

Kanji experience

Real people. Real connection. Real change.

The Kanji Experience is a co-development journey to The Gambia and rural areas of Senegal, where participants —health professionals or not— join local communities to exchange knowledge, offer healthcare, and grow through shared experience.

It’s not about saving or assisting. It’s about walking together.

(July 2025) includes collaborative work at Salagi (The Gambia), plus community-based action in rural villages, like Firdaoussi, Senegal.

Between work phases, we share food, reflect together, and enjoy cultural immersion and conscious tourism.

It’s a powerful experience that transforms the way you see the world —and yourself.

Co-creating impactful projects with communities

At Kanji.codevelopment, we believe that sustainable change is only possible when communities are part of the solution. We don’t impose — we co-design.

From rural health campaigns to digital health systems and mental health initiatives, every project we launch is built with and for the communities we serve.

Our work across Senegal and The Gambia is rooted in mutual respect, local leadership, and shared responsibility.

If you're a local institution, health center, or partner looking to make a real difference, let’s build something together.
